"Villa Necchi" Lapis Lazuli Signet
"Villa Necchi" Lapis Lazuli Signet
The Villa Necchi Lapis Lazuli signet ring pays tribute to Villa Necchi Campiglio in Milan, a private residence commissioned from architect Piero Portaluppi by the industrialist Necchi Campiglio family in the 1930s.
The perfect balance between classicism and modernity that defines this house inspired this new edition of the third signet ring in the Architettura Razionale collection. The Villa Necchi Lapis Lazuli signet ring is crafted entirely in 18-karat gold and crowned with a hand-carved and polished natural lapis lazuli stone, creating a striking contrast with the luminosity of the gold and resulting in a bold, elegant, and timeless piece.
This work was first presented in Intimidad transescalar, an artistic intervention at the Museo Geominero in 2026.

MORE ON THE PROJECT
MORE ON THE PROJECT
In 1935 Piero Portaluppi built the Villa Necchi Campiglio in the city of Milan. Known to many as the backdrop for Luca Guadagino's 'Io sono l'amore', this private residence was commissioned by the Necchi Campiglio family, an industrial powerhouse. It's the perfect combination of classicism and modernity.
In Guadagnino's words: "Luxury, as most people perceive it, does not really exist in this house. It's austere and seems almost immovable, like a piece of stone. Necchi Campiglio shows the Milanese bourgeoisie's obsession with perfection and detail".
Alternating between Art Deco, Rationalism and a very personal eclectic style, the house is made up of refined geometries using robust local materials such as local stone, fine woods and hand-forged metals.
