SHIPPING & RETURNS
Choose your product. If it comes in different sizes, make sure you’ve selected the right size by checking our size guide. If you have any doubts regarding the piece you would like to buy, or if you need any further information, don’t hesitate in writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Then, click on ‘Buy Now’.
To finalise your purchase, you’ll enter the PayPal secure online payments system. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to make your purchase as we also accept payment by credit card.
Fill in the el form with your address and billing details, and select your payment method.
Once your details are verified, your order will be correctly placed and you may verify your purchase with your order number. You will also receive this information by e-mail.
The items on sale on our website are made-to-order entirely by hand. We take two weeks to produce them, to which you must add delivery time (between one and three or four days, according to destination). If you need it before then, let us know and we’ll tell you if we can manage that. Please remember that we don’t have mass-production methods or stocks and that each piece is made specifically for our customers.
During August vacation period the delivery could be extended up to six weeks.

You can receive your order at any address, but never at a P.O. Box. For security reasons, once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you’re not at home when the delivery is made, the carrier will leave a note with details on how to organise another delivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The prices on this website appear in euros and include VAT. You can pay by PayPal, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). You don’t need to have a PayPal account to make your purchase.
Delivery costs will vary according to the product and the country of destination. Costs are calculated automatically and appear on the PayPal payment page. Shipping costs will always be charged in advance and will be reflected on the invoice.
Please remember that customs duty and other taxes will be fall to customers and should be paid in cash at destination by the recipient.
Delivery date will be calculated when payment has been made.
FOLLOWING OF ORDERS
As soon as the order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive an informative e-mail with a tracking number assigned by the shipping carrier.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you have fifteen calendar days after receiving your purchase to return it. All returned items must be in their original state and unused. For now, we accept returns but no changes in size or colour.
All you have to do is put the item back in its original package and send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us before returning the package. To help us continue to improve, we would like to know the reason for the return.
Before the item in question is received back at our workshop, it is under your responsibility. We recommend you do not send it to us by courier or registered post, and that you keep your shipping receipt. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs. Our postal address for returns is Teresa Estapé, Carrer de Balmes 225 5º 1ª, 08006 Barcelona, Spain.
Products that are incomplete, damaged, broken, altered or in any other way reasonably appear to have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refunds will be made by the same payment method as the customer used for the purchase. As soon as we receive your package we’ll send you an e-mail confirming reception. Refunds will not be provided if an item is returned in a bad condition, in which case it shall be sent back to you. We will let you know whether the refund can be made once we have verified the condition of the article. Please bear in mind that once we agree on the refund, the provider of your payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard) may take between 7 and 10 working days. We recommend you keep your delivery note until you receive the refund. Please bear in mind that delivery costs will be subtracted from the full price.
