003
003
The ring 003 from the “Nubes, plumas, cristales” series places at the heart of its composition a flat natural diamond, marked by subtle inclusions that make the stone truly one of a kind. Surrounding it, eight rose-cut diamonds are set in FAIRMINED white gold, their tone and clarity offering a quiet contrast to the central diamond.
This series of unique, numbered pieces honours the extraordinary story of diamond formation within the earth over millions of years, revealing—almost like a biography—the beauty of the traces left by their creation deep within our planet.

Each piece in the “Nubes, plumas, cristales” series is crafted around a singular diamond, making every jewel unique and unrepeatable.

MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT
MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT
The inclusions within a diamond hold traces of a place beyond human reach — the deepest layers of the earth, where it was shaped by heat, pressure, and geological time.
Any element that interrupts the diamond’s crystalline clarity is known as an inclusion. In the world of high jewelry, these are often regarded as flaws, as imperfections. However, to me they are a beautiful living biography, telling the story of their millions of years of existence.
Diamonds were formed over vast stretches of time in the earth’s upper mantle, at depths of 150 to 200 kilometers, under temperatures exceeding 1300 °C and extreme pressure. Under these conditions, carbon crystallized into a compact cubic structure, giving rise to the hardest mineral on the Mohs scale.
Later on, they were carried to the surface through volcanic eruptions, forming deposits known as kimberlite pipes.
Within this once-molten material, precious diamonds rest as if naturally set.

CARE
CARE
- Gold and diamonds are natural materials that withstand wear and oxidation. To clean them, use only water and mild soap, then dry them gently with a soft cloth.
- The diamond is resilient, yet it calls for care. Avoid sharp impacts on its edges to preserve their form.
- Be mindful when wearing delicate knits or scarves, as the diamond settings may catch or damage them.
FAIRMINED GOLD
FAIRMINED GOLD
The 18-karat gold in this piece is Fairmined—ethically sourced gold that does not harm the environment and respects the labor rights of the miners who work in its mines.
The Fairmined certification is awarded by ARM (Asociación por la Minería Responsable) in Latin America. Mines under this certification are audited annually and meet strict standards that ensure responsible extraction.
Together with the collective Origen – Gold For Future, Teresa Estapé champions jewelry that embraces environmentally respectful practices and social values, working with ethical materials sourced from responsible mining and fair trade circuits.
